Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced F&B Sales & Events Manager to oversee the sales and events activities for a group of 4 bars and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and implementing innovative sales & marketing strategies. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Key skills include:
* Possess excellent communication skills. You’ll need to be a good co-operator with a professional, warm, trusting, and friendly approach, reacting positively to change.
* Well informed about the market and industry.
* Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt your approach to routine and non-routine tasks.
* High attention to detail and accuracy – great at managing your own time.
* Have a creative and innovative approach to driving sales.
* Great team working skills whilst being comfortable and able to work independently.
