About the Role: As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the smooth running of the department. Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and on time Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Managing stock counts (reporting & valuing) Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role would be beneficial. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn AAT or CIMA qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
