Brief Job Description
Running your own portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to completion (all case types) Including (but not limited to):
1. Preparing documentation in accordance with statutory requirements
2. Corresponding with directors (with Case Manager support)
3. Corresponding with creditors and debtors
4. managing insolvency estate accounts
5. accurate record keeping
6. attending site and any associated matters
7. liaising with solicitors and agents
8. providing support during meetings
9. assisting with the development and implementation of strategies to maximise recoveries in insolvency cases
10. undertaking investigations into directors’ conduct and company affairs (including financial analysis)
11. distributions to creditors/shareholders
12. management of case diaries/tasks and case progression
13. Collaborating with Case Managers to ensure cases are progressed in a timely and compliance manner
14. Providing guidance and support to less experienced members of the team
