I'm hiring on behalf of a leading consultancy delivering high-impact digital services for major clients across private and public sector. They’re looking for a Content Designer with a passion for user-centred design and a strong understanding of GOV.UK standards.
You'll work on meaningful projects that improve how the public accesses and experiences digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
âś… Create clear, inclusive, user-focused content
âś… Apply GDS and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
âś… Work in agile teams with designers, developers, and researchers
âś… Use data and user research to inform content decisions
âś… Simplify complex information into plain English
What We're Looking For:
* Experience designing content for public sector or GOV.UK services
* Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
* Familiar with agile delivery environments
* SC clearance or eligible (UK resident for 3+ years)
Bonus Skills:
* Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS, etc.)
* Experience with assistive tech (e.g. JAWS, Dragon)
* Familiarity with tools like Miro, Teams, and Confluence
