Role & Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures
* Support, lead, and supervise a care team to promote person-centred care and independence while maintaining the dignity and respect of our residents
* Assess residents' care needs and develop care plans to enhance their quality of life
* Oversee medicine management, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation
* Liaise and communicate effectively with visitors, regulators, relatives, and other stakeholders
* Conduct regular audits and action plans as part of our Quality Assurance policy
* Maintain accurate documentation efficiently and effectively at all times
* Flexible contract to accommodate personal commitments
