The Role

As Sales Manager for opsPhlo, you will be responsible for driving enterprise software sales by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and working closely with our product and marketing teams to convert opportunities into tangible wins. You will play a strategic role in shaping our sales approach, engaging with prospects across global commodity markets, and representing Phlo Systems at key industry events.

This is a work-from-office role based at London Bridge, with travel to customer locations and conferences as required.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads for opsPhlo through networking, industry research, and outbound prospecting.
* Collaborate with the product team to translate customer needs into tailored solutions and close deals.
* Work with the directors of the company to define, refine, and execute the sales strategy.
* Partner with the marketing team to shape marketing campaigns, content, and event strategy.
* Represent Phlo Systems at conferences, trade shows, and industry events (including speaking opportunities).
* Maintain deep knowledge of markets, competitors, and evolving industry dynamics to position opsPhlo effectively.
* Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, ensuring excellent relationship management and customer success.


Requirements

* Proven experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within ERP or CTRM systems.
* Strong understanding of the commodity trading industry (agriculture, energy, or metals).
* Track record of generating and converting leads into successful enterprise deals.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping customers solve complex operational challenges.
