URBAN REVIVO is a fashion brand within the FMG Group. We are looking for a commercially minded Product Merchandiser to join our London team. This role plays a key part in driving fast fashion product performance across seasons, combining trend awareness, range planning, trading analysis and cross-functional execution to deliver strong sales and margin results.
Working closely with Buying, Design, Planning, Marketing and Supply Chain teams, you will support the delivery of compelling, customer-focused assortments that align with brand positioning while responding quickly to market trends and trading performance.
What You’ll Do
* Analyse UK/EU fashion trends, competitor activity and sales performance to support commercial product decisions.
* Support seasonal range building and product selection, balancing trend relevance with sell-through, margin and stock efficiency.
* Work closely with Design, Buying and Sourcing to deliver commercially strong products from concept to launch.
* Track product development timelines, specifications and quality to ensure on-time delivery aligned with trading calendars.
* Monitor weekly sales, stock and KPIs (sell-through, markdown, stock turn) and support in-season trading actions.
* Contribute to pricing, promotions and markdown strategies, supporting key trading moments and product launches.
What We’re Looking For
* 1-3 years’ experience in merchandising, product planning or trading within fast fashion or a commercial fashion retail environment.
* Strong fashion awareness and trend sensitivity, with a clear understanding of what resonates with the UK/EU customer and what will perform commercially.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse sales performance and support data-led decisions.
* Confident working with numbers, KPIs and sales reports in a fast-paced retail setting.
* Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken) to work closely with HQ and cross-border teams.
* Comfortable in a reactive, fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach.
