Role Description
This is a full time Service Manager role based in Salford Quays, managing the cleaning operation within a call centre environment at a prestige client site. The Service Manager will ensure service meets client expectations and quality standards using our audit tool.
Daily responsibilities will include managing cleaning colleagues, developing and implementing operational procedures, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, and maintain effective communication with the site based client. Daily liaison with client events team, to ensure event spaces are set up in readiness for bookings, in accordance with their event calendar.
The Service Manager will also play a key role in delivering staff training as and when required, scheduling shifts, managing time & attendance using Timegate system and ensuring resources are efficiently allocated to meet the business needs.
Qualifications
Experience in managing cleaning operations and coordinating teams.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations related to cleaning services.
Experience of managing HR processes.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Experience in using Microsoft Office applications and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience in customer relationship management and handling client requirements.
Proven ability to develop and maintain operational procedures.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and on-site requirements.
Understanding of inventory and resource management within cleaning services.
Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with the cleaning industry is an advantage.
