Service Architect - Outside IR35 | Fully Remote | Immediate Start | Dublin (Ireland-based projects)
We're seeking an experienced Service Architect to join our team supporting Critical National Infrastructure and Government services across Ireland. This is a high-impact contract role where you'll help define and deliver the service model and service architecture of the future - working closely with our Solution Architect and multi-disciplinary teams.
? Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse service requirements from RFx documentation and customer meetings.
Design and document high-level Service Models, including:
Non-standard service requirements and SLAs
Service support matrices and governance frameworks
Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies (RAID)
Resource and material cost models (e.g. e-bonding, training)
Support bid governance and provide input into RFx responses, service schedules, and customer proposals.
Participate in bid cycle workshops through to contract signature.
Document the Service Model within internal systems (DNA DA).
Define Low-Level Service Architecture (LLSA) and LLSD requirements for post-sales teams.
Support handover to post-sales Service Architects. Key Experience & Skills
Proven background designing complex service models and service architectures across:
Contact Centre / Unified Communications
Wide Area Networks (WAN)
Strong collaboration skills within large, multi-stakeholder programmes .
Solid understanding of Managed Service design and bid support processes. Contract Details
