We are looking for a Graduate Infrastructure Surveyor to join our team in Kent. Our infrastructure team is the fastest growing of its kind in the country, now with 180 people in seven offices around the UK, working with major clients including Renewables Developers, Network Rail, HS2, National Highways, National Grid, and the Crown Estate.
Please note this role is for an immediate start.
Operating in both rural and urban environments, our Infrastructure graduates are involved in delivering the infrastructure needed for the 21st Century and beyond. Our services cover sectors such as:

The role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering real change. You will work with various property clients, including renewable energy companies, highway authorities, the Environment Agency, and utility firms. Your daily tasks will include landowner engagement, client reporting, securing survey access, negotiating leases, land acquisition, asset management, valuations, and strategic reports across the Southwest and Wales.
You will gain experience in land negotiations and compulsory purchase, with training provided through our in-house Academy. Developing strong client relationships is essential, including attending meetings and preparing reports.
What will it take to be successful?
An RICS-accredited degree is preferred, but applications from candidates with non-accredited degrees and relevant experience are welcome. A full driving license is essential due to travel requirements.
