Who You Are
* The Emerging Professional: Roughly 1 year of experience in communications, entertainment, or PR. Ready to exhibit the behaviors of a successful professional in a high‑stakes environment.
* High EQ: Demonstrate emotional maturity and high EQ, read the room, maintain a calm demeanor in fast‑moving situations, and communicate effectively with senior staff and guests.
* A Strong Writer: Fast, persuasive, and detail‑oriented. Translate complex notes into concise, client‑ready recaps or creative pitches.
