About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you’re seeking short-term placements, long-term assignments, or day-to-day cover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school curriculum plans
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups
* Provide feedback to permanent staff on pupil progress and behaviour
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong classroom management skills
* Flexibility and a positive attitude
* Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
* Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
