The Role Located in the heart of Leeds City Centre, the primary focus of this role is lead generation and commercial opportunity creation. You will build relationships across the global fresh produce industry, speaking with senior professionals, identifying opportunities and generating qualified meetings for the leadership team that can convert into retained executive search mandates. Alongside this, you will interview senior candidates, gather market intelligence and support the growth of our international client network. The role operates within a performance-driven environment, working towards targets around meetings generated, outreach activity and contribution to commercial pipeline and revenue. Over time, strong performers will have the opportunity to develop into a full search consultant role, learning how retained executive mandates are won and eventually leading assignments themselves.
