In addition to the role of Palliative care, CNS the post holder will provide specialist services to patients who live with Stomas, both providing direct care and/or reviews and supporting the wider clinical teams in acute and community to support patients who live with stomas.
The post holder would play an active role in advancing high quality specialist palliative care services and promoting excellence in end of life care across NHS Shetland.
