About the Role As our Client Experience Manager, youll be the face of United Autosports for partners, sponsors, drivers and VIP guests across all programmes: Hypercar, LMP2, GT3, Historics and Commercial. Your mission is simple but critical: create such an exceptional experience that clients want to stay with us long-term. This role is all about retention relationship depth, value delivery, trust, communication and consistent excellence. What Youll Be Doing Owning partner relationships day-to-day and event-to-event. Turning contractual agreements into seamless, premium experiences. Hosting partners trackside with confidence, warmth and professionalism. Ensuring every entitlement is delivered flawlessly and on time. Producing polished post-event reports that reinforce value and support renewal conversations. Working closely with Marketing & Brand, Garage, Hospitality and Commercial teams. Maintaining communication with partners between events not just at races. Spotting renewal opportunities early and feeding strategic insight back to leadership. What Youll Bring Strong experience in client management, hospitality, partnerships, luxury service or brand environments. A natural ability to build rapport, read people and create a sense of trust. Organisational discipline able to manage multiple partners across multiple programmes. A polished communication style with excellent written and verbal skills. The calmness to handle high-pressure live events with composure. Flexibility to travel globally and work weekends. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
