Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and operational management to the Children with Disabilities Team
* Oversee caseloads and practice standards, ensuring statutory duties are met
* Deliver supervision, mentoring and performance support to team members
* Work in partnership with families and multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored services
* Manage team resources to maintain effective and efficient service delivery
* Contribute to service improvement and strategic development initiatives
