We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Internal Sales Representative (FTC 1 year)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with existing Public Sector accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Work in close partnership with Field Account Managers to deliver aligned, end-to-end account strategies.
* Identify and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Lenovo's full portfolio.
* Configure, price, and negotiate customized solutions based on client needs and business outcomes.
* Drive proactive engagement through regular outreach, virtual meetings, and account updates.
* Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales activities in MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
* Participate in weekly forecasts and internal reporting to support planning and accountability.
* Contribute to team success by collaborating on sales strategies and supporting group targets.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in internal or inside sales, ideally within the Large Enterprise or Public Sector.
* Strong knowledge of B2B tech solutions, ideally including Lenovo products and services.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across multiple stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota‑carrying role.
* Experience with CRM platforms, particularly MS Dynamics or equivalent tools.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to craft and present compelling proposals.
* Collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a team‑driven and fast‑paced environment.
* Based in or able to commute to Farnborough, with flexibility for hybrid working (3 days in‑office).
