Job Title: SEN Class Teacher
Location: East Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Mansfield
Job Type: Contract, Full-Time
Salary: £32,916 - £45,350 per annum
Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Assess and monitor the progress of students, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support to students
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attend SEN review meetings
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist training or experience in SEN teaching
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN Code of Practise and relevant legislation
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
