Overview
Waking Night Support Assistant role with Llamau. Responsible for providing support to young people, ensuring safety and maintaining the project environment during night shifts.
Responsibilities
* Working consistently as part of the project staff team, engaging with, building trusting and respectful relationships with, and providing support to young people who can be difficult to engage.
* Monitoring safety and security within the project.
* Maintaining clear and effective communication with the entire staff team.
* Ensuring safety, maintenance and cleanliness of the project, and recording and reporting all work and incidents in accordance with Llamau procedures.
* Role mainly requires lone working; following procedures, taking initiative and self-motivation are essential.
