About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ruby Developer who is passionate about working with the latest Rails frontend tools. You will play a key role in shaping our product, collaborating closely with end users, and delivering features that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining full-stack Ruby on Rails applications using Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus
* Addressing technical debt and resolving complex bugs
* Designing and delivering new features from conception to deployment
* Collaborating on infrastructure and deployment strategies
* Engaging directly with users to understand their needs and improve the overall experience
* Writing comprehensive tests and ensuring high code quality
* Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
* Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem
* Keen interest in working with modern Rails frontend tools
* Proven experience in startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
* Solid understanding of infrastructure and deployment concepts
