Our client, a prestigious insurance firm, is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a key front-of-house role, ensuring every visitor and client receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional manner
* Manage a multi-line phone system, handling and directing calls efficiently
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentable
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier arrangements
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
* Monitor and order office supplies in collaboration with the facilities team
* Provide administrative support to HR and Operations, including interview scheduling and onboarding
