Salary: Circa £50,000 + bonus
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday – daytime shift

We’re recruiting for a dynamic VMU Service Manager to lead our Hemel Hempstead site and steer our fleet maintenance operations. You’ll be the driving force behind keeping our HGV fleet roadworthy, compliant, and performing at its absolute best.

We would love you to have?
6. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
7. Proven experience in managing or leading a Heavy Goods VMU/workshop team
8. A solid understanding of compliance, health & safety, and preventative maintenance
9. Strong leadership skills and an excellent team builder
10. Budget, parts, and contractor management experience
