We are looking for a proactive, resilient and community-focused individual to join the Regeneration and Communities Division as a Community Support Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a visible and valued role across the borough, working directly with residents, businesses, schools, partners and Councillors to tackle anti‑social behaviour and improve local quality of life.
Responsibilities
* Anti‑social behaviour
* Dog fouling and littering
* Nuisance behaviour
* Minor vandalism
* Inappropriate parking
* Community reassurance and prevention initiatives
You will focus on creating positive behaviour change and safer neighbourhoods, with the ability to investigate complaints, gather evidence and support enforcement action where appropriate.
We are seeking someone who is confident, approachable and motivated to make a real difference. The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible, occasionally working evenings and weekends as required.
