An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the management team and help shape the future of travel for the Neurology, Stroke and Rehabilitation Directorate.
The role is multifaceted, with primary responsibility for leading our administrative service across two sites (Worthing and St Richards). This includes managing outband 4 Specialty Coordinators, overseeing outpatient clinics within the directorate, and supporting waiting list management, including RTT.
The role can be based at either Worthing or St Richards Hospital, but the successful candidate is expected to be visible on both sites.
Key responsibilities include managing the Directorate admin teams at Worthing, Southlands, and St Richards Hospitals, developing and delivering comprehensive administrative services to patients and clinical/non-clinical teams, acting as the first point of contact for admin teams and service users, and supporting outpatient services to meet performance targets.
The Directorate provides services across all Trust sites, with this role focusing on the operational work at Worthing, Southlands, and St Richards, while supporting wider Trust activities.
