As part of The Kingfisher & Tithe Barn team you will be working under the guidance of the Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager, you will champion and deliver a range of high-quality Conferences, Weddings and Events at The Tithe Barn, creating memorable experiences for all of your clients and ensuring the highest standards of operation at all events through exceptional customer service, supplier liaison and collaborative working.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with both clients and team members.
* Customer service expertise, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a client-first approach.
* Event Planning and Event Management skills to successfully coordinate events from start to finish.
* High level of Organization Skills to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
* Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment and handle challenges under pressure.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for successful event execution.
* Prior experience in hospitality or event coordination is preferred but not required.
