The Opportunity
Dr. Barbara Sturm is seeking a strategic, creative and highly organised Brand Marketing Manager to join the Global Marketing team. As Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of Dr. Barbara Sturm globally; managing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and enhance Dr. Barbara Sturm’s leading luxury position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the global brand marketing calendar, leading brand partnerships, executing above-the-line media campaigns, and co-ordinating experiential activations and global spa animations across key markets. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and seamless execution of brand marketing initiatives that elevate Dr. Barbara Sturm’s core USP’s globally.
What you'll get to do
Global Brand Marketing Calendar
1. Own the creation, planning, and ongoing management of the global marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with new product launches, seasonal priorities, eventing calendars, and market-specific needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, digital, PR, creative, business development, and wholesale teams) to ensure all brand moments are executed cohesively and consistently across channels and markets.
3. Proactively identify white space opportunities to drive brand storytelling and consumer engagement beyond product launch campaigns.
4. Ensure effective internal communication of the calendar across teams, acting as a central point of coordination.
Brand Partnerships
5. Identify and lead high-impact brand collaborations and co-branded partnerships that align with Dr. Barbara Sturm’s brand ethos and elevate visibility among target audiences.
6. Oversee end-to-end execution of partnership projects—from ideation and marketing support planning to campaign development and post-launch analysis.
7. Work cross-functionally with legal, product, PR, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution and maximize exposure.
8. Measure and report on the effectiveness of all partnership initiatives.
ATL Media Campaigns
9. Partner with external media agency and internal creative teams to execute global ATL campaigns, ensuring effective placement strategies across priority markets and audiences.
10. Craft compelling brand narratives that reinforce Dr. Barbara Sturm’s positioning as a science-led, luxury skincare brand.
11. Manage campaign timelines, budget, approvals, and KPI tracking.
Experiential Activations
12. Co-ordinate and implement the execution of immersive brand activations—including pop-ups, education-led experiences, and brand engagement initiatives.
13. Collaborate with core channels, market teams, and external vendors to ensure world-class execution.
14. Lead post-event reporting and insights-gathering to inform future experiences.
Global Spa Animations
15. Develop in-spa marketing toolkits and animation calendars to support seasonal initiatives, new treatments, and client acquisition.
16. Ensure brand consistency and positioning is upheld across all touchpoints and local spa partnerships.
17. Partner closely with Spa teams to support market-specific strategies that drive footfall and revenue in global spa locations.

18. Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing in the luxury beauty and/or skincare industry.
19. Skills: Strong understanding of skincare market dynamics and the luxury landscape. Expertise in creating compelling brand stories and effective marketing strategies. Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet fast-paced deadlines.
20. Creative & Analytical: Ability to blend creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to drive commercial success. Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting.
21. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
