Building Safety Compliance Support Manager
What you’ll do:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of coordinators.
Ensure safety standards across gas, fire, asbestos, water, lifts and more.
Oversee asset data, compliance reporting, and certification checks.
Identify risks, solve problems, and deliver continuous improvements.
Champion a positive, safety-first culture across the organisation.
What you’ll bring:
Strong experience in building safety compliance.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of regulations and landlord obligations.
Confidence with data, reporting (Power BI), and risk management.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or VRQ qualifications (desirable).
