About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to provide essential administrative and financial support to our Facilities Services contract. Working closely with the Contract Manager and operational teams, you will help ensure smooth contract delivery, accurate reporting, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities Services contract
* Raise and process purchase orders, invoices, and variations
* Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
* Maintain accurate records within CAFM and finance systems
* Produce monthly reports, KPIs, and performance data
* Assist with subcontractor administration, onboarding, and compliance documentation
* Support health & safety and statutory compliance processes
* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage action logs
* Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Support audits and contract reviews as required
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a contract support, facilities, or administrative role
* Experience using CAFM systems
* Good understanding of purchase orders, invoicing, and basic financial processes
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
