Project Manager
Location: London (Hybrid 2 days per week)
Salary £60k - 65k
Our client is a all in one Marketing agency and is currently recruiting for a project manager to join their team. The team work on a variety of different of different marketing change programmes and will gain exposure to all areas such as performance marketing, Paid Media, Social Media
Job Purpose:
The primary task of this role is to manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. The Project Manager acts as the central point of coordination, driving clarity, accountability, and momentum across teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Day-to-Day:
* Project planning & execution: define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
* Develop & maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across various work-streams & interdependencies.
* Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed & agreed by stakeholders to meet objectives.
* Facilitate regular updates and feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage expectations; maintain RACI & RAID logs to resolve blockers proactively.
* Team Coordination tracking the progress of tasks again milestones set out in the Project Plan.
* Be part of a high performing team that fosters a collaborative environment that encourages ownership and innovation who owns solutions to business challenges.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports and post-project reviews
* Present insights and learnings to leadership for continuous improvement.
Experience:
* Proven experience (4-5+ years) managing complex projects across multiple functions or geographies.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with the knowledge of how to be adapt the methodology to live projects.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Gnatt Charts)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to understand the end-game strategic vision for the project and break this into operational, actionable detail.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred).
* Experience with working with Marketing Agencies is a plus.
