JMC are working with a leading Aviation Organisation based in Gatwick. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit B1 and B2 Licensed Engineers with Line Maintenance experience to join their expanding team.
This is a Permanent Position based in Gatwick. This is a 4 on 4 off rota with 2 shift options available: either a mixed rota working 12 hours per shift or a Night shift working 10.45 hours per shift.
For International candidates requiring sponsorship:
The business is offering UK Visa sponsorship to international candidates. To qualify, candidates will need to hold a UKCAA License with an A320 or A330 type endorsement and 3 years of line maintenance experience. The business is also offering any candidates already in the UK the opportunity to move their visa across.
For candidates not requiring sponsorship:
For any candidates not requiring sponsorship, the business is offering type courses on the A320 and will consider setting bond agreements with current employers. You'll need to hold a UKCAA license with at least 1 type endorsement for consideration.

The responsibilities of the Licensed Engineers will include:
1. Carrying out all scheduled tasks as assigned by the Duty Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor in accordance with the approved maintenance documentation.
2. Carry out maintenance and inspection of aircraft.
3. Ensure correct completion of paperwork and forms as required in addition to computer-based reporting and recording systems.
4. Supervision of small teams as required by the operation and work requirement.
In order to be successful in this role, the Licensed Engineer will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
1. Hold a UK CAA B1 or B2 License.
2. A320 or A330 type endorsement (type courses offered for candidates not requiring sponsorship).
3. Have a minimum of 3 years line maintenance experience.
