The Role:
As an Application Support Analyst ERP, you’ll work within a small, agile team supporting key up-to-date applications across Commercial and Finance. Your focus will be on delivering innovative, user-friendly solutions that enhance business processes, enable smarter decision-making, and support teams to thrive. Essentially, you will be acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to configure, maintain, and improve ERP and associated systems, while also playing a key role in user training and ongoing technical support. This is more than just support; it’s about delivering solutions that make life easier for users across the business.
What You’ll Do:
* Configure and support ERP and related systems
* Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to improve business processes
* Develop technical documentation and deliver training
* Provide 2nd-line technical support and resolve issues
* Contribute to product demos and system enhancements
* Stay current with emerging technologies
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience as a Solutions or Applications Engineer
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
* Strong UX and problem-solving skills
* ERP configuration and support experience (e.g. Eque2, Unit4, Dynamics, SAGE)
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity is a plus
