Job Description
Provide clear, practical, and commercial legal advice to UK-based clients.Manage a varied workload efficiently, with appropriate supervision.Draft complex legal documents using relevant precedents.Conduct legal research with a commercial lens.Supervise and delegate tasks to junior team members where appropriate.Participate in client seminars, presentations, and pitches.Identify and pursue client development opportunities.Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent, e.g. CILEX) with 2+ years' PQE.Strong expertise in domestic and international succession and tax planning.STEP qualification is advantageous.Demonstrates sound judgement and commercial awareness.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Proactive, flexible, and capable of managing a broad caseload.Effective communicator who builds rapport with clients.Committed to teamwork and personal growth.
