Role Description To accommodate growing demand, we are expanding our Operations team, with the creation of two full-time on-site roles for a Process Operators located in Belfast. The Process Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. The role involves conducting preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting process issues, overseeing proper function of process equipment, and actively collaborating with team members to achieve production goals. Responsibilities Operation of Demonstration Plant & Equipment Proactive and reactive maintenance tasks, and engagement with maintenance service providers Monitoring of equipment, recording of results and some plant intervention Work with chemistry and engineering teams to optimise plant performance Conduct routine sampling activity Follow Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Full compliance with company Health & Safety policies and procedures Qualifications Experience or knowledge in the Chemical Industry and Process Engineering Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and general Maintenance tasks Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment Technical or vocational training related to chemical or manufacturing processes is a plus Previous experience in recycling, sustainability, or related industries is advantageous For lift truck license will be a requirement of the role Benefits: Company pension scheme Free on-site parking
