We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual (or couple) to take on the role of Social Club Manager at our friendly and welcoming social club. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven background in managing a social club, pub, or bar who is looking for a new challenge with accommodation included.
Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
Manage bar operations, including stock control, ordering, and cellar management
Organise and promote events, entertainment, and functions to enhance club activity.
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and other regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the committee to meet financial targets and grow the clubs success.
Requirements: Previous experience running a social club, pub, or bar is essential.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of cellar management and bar operations.
Ability to drive membership engagement and promote events.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
