My client is a well respected, reputable broker with various locations in the UK.
Due to rapid expansion they are looking to recruit experienced Specialist Lending Advisor to join their busy, thriving department based in Southampton
The Role
* Responsible for achievement of specific business objectives by the successful completion of secured loans, bridging loans and commercial mortgages
* Access to whole of market
* All leads are from the company website. There is NO cold calling
* To remain complaint at all times within FCA regulations
* Excellent pre and post sale administration support
About You
* Experienced mortgage advisor
* CeMap qualified or similar
* CAS status
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
* Able to present solutions to a wide and diverse client base
* Be hungry for success with a strong customer focus
* Ability to work in a fast paced targeted environment
The Package
* Basic salary of £27,500 to £37,500 DOE with a realistic OTE of £65,000
* CAS bonus of up to £3,000 per year
