Your new Job
As a Facilities & Compliance Co-ordinator, you will ensure that the Commercial Property Management Department's property portfolio meets all statutory building compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for the following tasks: -
* Maintaining accurate compliance records and ensuring any required remedial works are completed.
* Keep Property Managers informed of each building's compliance status and obtain clear authorisation before instructing works.
* Communicate effectively with contractors, providing clear instructions to ensure accurate quotations and timely completion of works.

Team Overview
Headed up by the Associate Director for Reactive Maintenance, Facilities & Compliance the team has a dedicated Reactive Maintenance Administrator, an existing Facilities & Compliance Co-ordinator and this role will add to the team to provide additional support.
What you will need to succeed
* Previous experience managing multiple building/property sites across various locations.
* Experience with Fixflo or similar reactive maintenance and compliance database software is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Experience in facilities and property compliance, including risk assessment management.
* Experience carrying out Building Inspections.
* Good planning, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
