Job Title: Assistant Head of Year
Contract: Permanent, Part-time (39 weeks per year, 37 hrs per week)
Salary (FTE): ALT Grade F - £28,142 to £30,024
Actual Salary: ALT Grade F - £24,098.43 to £25,710.01

About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Head of Year to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to impact the development of our pupils and contribute to the ethos and success of the academy.
As an Assistant Head of Year, you will deliver outstanding pastoral care, providing emotional and academic support, while assisting the Head of Year with issues and concerns.
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:00, Friday 08:15 - 15:45
