We are hiring for the role of Kitchen & Bedroom Surveyor at Wren Kitchens.
About the Role: The basic salary is £27,500, with a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, allowing you to earn up to £35,500 annually.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work 40 hours on a rota, including some evenings and weekends.
* Conduct expert surveys of customers’ kitchens to ensure accurate measurements for the design process.
* Record all information electronically in line with GDPR.
* Provide outstanding customer service, top-quality surveys, and effective communication.
* Support the showroom team to improve planning skills, provide feedback, and reduce errors.
* Audit high-quality plans before order/delivery and provide feedback to develop designers’ skills.
Additionally, ensure adherence to health and safety policies as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document.

About You:
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
* Full UK manual driving license.
* Excellent attention to detail and error checking skills.
* Highly organized with good time management and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Process-driven, analytical, and efficient.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service and expert knowledge.
* Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
* Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
* Experience in conducting home measurements/surveys.
* Experience with CAD or planner software.
* Knowledge of kitchen installation and legislation.
* Experience with plan checking or error checking.
* Previous experience in the kitchen industry.
