This is a hands-on role where your expertise in compliance, maintenance, and contractor management will directly shape the student experience. You'll be home-based with regular travel, ensuring high standards across multiple sites.

Lead planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and fabric systems
Oversee contractor performance and hold them to account
Guide and support on-site FM staff while liaising with internal stakeholders
Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally across multi-site residential or PBSA environments
Strong compliance knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred)
Able to manage people, processes, and performance with purpose
