Part-Time Receptionist – NHS & Private Dental Practice
We are a busy, well-established dental practice providing both NHS and private care, and we are currently seeking a professional and reliable part-time receptionist to join our busy dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming patients, managing appointment bookings, daily financial payments
* Handling telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and discretion
* Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations
* Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties as required
* Upholding a calm, courteous, and efficient reception environment
* Reporting directly to the Practice Manager and contributing to the smooth running of the practice
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable
* Strong background in reception, customer service, administration roles
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* A clear understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection responsibilities
* Proficiency in using dental or medical software systems (training will be provided)
