We currently have permanent opportunities for Operational Trainer's to join our Site in Willand, Devon.

- The rate of pay is: £14.31 per hour
Main Responsibilities: We require a number of Operational Trainers in various Production departments in our site on AM + PM shifts:
Job Responsibilities include:
- Operational training of staff .
- Training admin to support operational training.
- Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
- Ensuring products meet the high quality standards require.
Ideal Candidate: As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have:
- An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management. A second language will be an advantage.
- Quality awareness
- Train the Trainer
- Health and Safety understanding
- The ability to motivate others and be patient
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- An adaptable approach
- Strong administrative skills
Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
