We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As the Nursery Manager at our Cobham nursery you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
Working closely with a supportive Operations team your role is designed to focus on the delivering of our owlstanding education.

* You will ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
* You will be able to guide the successful observation and documentation of children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.
* You will work collaboratively across the leadership team.
* You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
