You will have a great eye for detail and the ability to get on with clients in a professional capacity, as well as being highly reliable and trustworthy. You must be able to use your own initiative and be highly motivated. You will not be expected to go further than a 10 mile radius from where you live so therefore it is essential that you live in the area.
