The Role
* Managing end-to-end aviation security vetting checks, including:
o 5-year background checks
o Criminal record checks (UK and overseas)
o Employment gap verification
* Ensuring full compliance with DFT and CAA regulations
* Working closely with candidates, referees, and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate records and digital files
* Supporting the onboarding process by flagging ready-to-deploy candidates
* Contributing to a fast-paced, target-driven environment with commission opportunities
