Job Title: Legal Secretary

Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage all department files (both hard copy and digital) on the SOS Case Management System, including Matter Opening, ID checks, Matter Closing, and Matter Archiving.
* Produce and file documents, ensuring all copies and scans are accurately managed as required.
* Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards and adhere to Office Manual processes throughout file management.
* Oversee the billing process, liaising with the Finance team as necessary.
* Prepare contracts, SDLT, and Land Registry applications with precision.
* draught documents for clients based on instructions from Fee Earners under supervision.
* Regularly update and maintain the case management system to ensure accurate records.
* Handle telephone calls for the team, providing professional and efficient communication.
* Actively contribute to operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
