This is a busy and varied role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-4 years' experience within apparel or consumer goods Merchandising. You may have a real interest in this area with skills and experience that align with the role as outlined below. Responsibilities: Forecasting & Planning: Use sales data and trends to forecast demand, support buying decisions, and align budgets with financial targets. Stock Management: Optimise stock levels, adjust intake plans, and ensure availability across channels. Performance Analysis: Monitor sales and stock KPIs, identify best/worst sellers, and recommend actions (rebuys, markdowns, exits). Trading Support: Provide insights in weekly meetings, flag risks/opportunities, and suggest solutions. Margin Control: Implement markdown strategies to clear excess stock while protecting profitability.What are we looking for: The right candidate with the right approach is vital, we are looking for drive, initiative, and a real desire to work within a progressive business. Must have 2-4 years' experience gained within a Merchandising role - ideally within apparel or consumer goods. Degree educated ideally within Fashion, Business or Merchandising. Technically capable with strong IT skills, able to learn and work effectively with systems. A proactive individual who is collaborative and commercially astute. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work across a range of different products. Able to manage your time effectively.
