As part of a new innovative partnership with Brave Generation Academy (BGA) we are looking to appoint a Learning Coach. The role of Learning Coach plays an integral role in guiding and supporting Learners on their educational journey. The role is more than just a mentor; they’re inspirers, motivators, and champions of self-discovery. With personalised weekly meetings, you will help Learners unearth their passions, set meaningful goals, and equip them with essential self-management tools for success. BGA Hubs are co-learning spaces located across the world. Learners attend up to four days a week for five hours per day, where they can work independently or collaborate with others in a supportive environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have the highest expectations for yourself and others. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a wider team. You will be joining a team of highly skilled and committed professionals both at Ipswich High School and BGA, who are relentless in the pursuit of shaping the educational experience and personal growth of children and teenagers.
