Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Cover & Classroom Leadership

What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary phase during teacher absence
* Lead whole-class teaching during PPA cover and short-term staff absence

* Collaborate with teachers to ensure continuity of learning and assessment
* Maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment throughout the school day
Ideal Candidate for this Bromley School:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent classroom experience supporting and leading learning
* Demonstrate confidence managing and teaching whole classes independently
