Position Overview
The 360 Solutions Strategy Manager reports to the Senior Manager, 360 Solutions Strategy and is responsible for executing defined vertical strategies and the 360 framework through disciplined delivery, cross‑functional coordination, and partner test‑and‑learn programs.
This role focuses on operationalizing strategy—turning direction into results by running pilots with EGA’s largest and most strategic partners and partnering with Product and Technology to scale successful solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Execute against vertical strategies and the 360 framework, adapting solutions appropriately for partner needs while maintaining consistency.
* Translate strategic direction into clear deliverables, including solution concepts, execution plans, partner‑facing materials, and test frameworks.
* Maintain and evolve 360 solution playbooks, incorporating learnings from pilots while preserving standardization and repeatability.
* Own day‑to‑day execution of 360 product test‑and‑learns with EGA’s largest and most strategic partners.
* Partner closely with Sales and the Partnership Growth team to support pilot design, partner alignment, and clear articulation of objectives and success criteria.
* Coordinate execution across key cross‑functional partners including eStudio, Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, Supply, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Retail, Brand, Product, and Technology.
* Track performance, synthesize insights, and document recommendations for iteration, optimization, or scale‑up.
* Serve as the primary executional point of contact across teams, managing timelines, dependencies, and handoffs.
* Work with Product and Technology teams to transition successful pilots into scalable, productized solutions.
* Provide structured input into prioritization discussions informed by test results, partner feedback, and operational considerations.
* Support development of repeatable workflows and processes that enable efficient delivery of 360 solutions at scale.
* Build strong working knowledge of advertiser verticals, partner goals, and market trends to improve solution relevance and execution quality.
* Apply insights from partner conversations and performance data to continuously improve solution quality and business impact.
Who You Are
Experience
* 5–7+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Marketing, Client Solutions, Media Planning, Client Success, or Program/Project Management within a complex, matrixed organization.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong execution and program management skills, with a track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
* Comfortable operating within a defined strategic direction while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
* Strong collaborator who builds trust across Sales, Product, and Technology stakeholders.
* Analytical and detail‑oriented, with the ability to assess performance and turn insights into action.
* Clear, structured communicator who keeps work moving and stakeholders aligned.
Preferred Background
* Experience in digital advertising, media, or travel‑adjacent industries.
Compensation
The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $104,000 – $145,500. Employees can earn up to $166,500 based on performance. In Seattle, the range is $110,500 – $155,000, with a top of $177,000 for high performers.
Starting pay varies by location, budget, and individual qualifications.
