Job Title: Draughtsperson – Bespoke Joinery & Interiors
Location: Attleborough, Norfolk (Office-Based)

Are you a highly skilled and detail-driven Draughtsperson with a passion for turning creative designs into precision-crafted reality? Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing design and manufacturing firm, is seeking a talented professional to join their team in Norfolk.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident in translating design concepts into technical, build-ready drawings for bespoke joinery, commercial interiors, and creative event structures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SketchUp.
* Interpret design briefs, concept sketches, and client requirements to develop comprehensive production drawings.
* Collaborate closely with internal design, production, and project management teams.
* Generate cutting lists, material specs, and detailed assembly guides for the workshop.
* Revise and update drawings based on team or client feedback.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date technical files and records.
* Support project installations with technical documentation and advice.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Draughtsperson within bespoke joinery, interiors, exhibitions, or set build sectors.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks (or similar CAD software).
* Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and joinery practices.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to translate creative visions into accurate technical documentation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* A team player with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with CNC machinery and programming.
* Experience working in a joinery workshop or manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
